I have been involved in sports all my life ranging from county squash to Running Marathons and recently cycling including London to Paris and Alpe d'Huez.
I have also experienced many injuries along the way which although obviously not good has also helped me become aware first hand the importance of stretching/massage and rehab. It also helps me appreciate how my client can feel and the pain and frustration they feel!
Most recently I experienced a slipped disc causing me to be unable to walk/work and almost totally immobile. I ended up having a microdiscectomy and now back to full mobility and building up exercises too. I still believe my recovery has been aided with the right knowledge and rehab. If anyone needs advice on back or other injuries I’m happy to help!

Had to cope with numerous injuries including torn calf muscle, prolapsed disc and Achilles/knee problems along the way, so can sympathise with people carrying injuries but also have recovered from them and have good knowledge with dealing with them first hand!!
My treatment is not only for sports people - it can be used for remedial purposes although don't expect a nice relaxing massage!!!
I have clients who may just come for a short time with a specific problem and then some who have been coming over 20 years for maintenance!!
If you have a sporting injury or even a non-sporting injury - I can help you! With the ever growing number of people taking part in sport and combined with the increasing competitiveness and intensity of physical exercise, the demand for sports massage is increasing and becoming more recognised in aiding recovery and enhancing performance.
